Why Nankurunaisa?

My brother would always ask me why my blog is named "nankurunaisa". So I wondered if other people would also like to know why I named it like this.

First of all, I got the saying "nankurunaisa" from my favorite anime series Blood+. The word "nankurunaisa" means that everything will be okay. I particularly chose it to be the title of my blog cause I want to be reminded whenever I blog about my not-so-good experiences that despite every trial/obstacles, everything will be okay. Hana Kimi (Manga)

I really love this manga. I just finished reading it a while ago and it was really so cool! I mean, before, in the tv series, I used to like Nakatsu for Mizuki but after reading the manga, I was so hooked with the Izumi-Mizuki pair! I mean they're just so adorable! Their relationship is so amazing and it would really send butterflies to your stomach, seriously. Oh and a bit spoiler too...they kiss a lot in the manga...well, not really a lot but, more than twice. >:D harhar.

Anyway, I'm downloading some manga from stoptazmo and right now I'm reading Ayashino Ceres. I found a lot of good mangas there too so I'll start downloading once my brother finishes his business with my computer. Yeah, I'm using his right now and I'm having a hard time typing since his keyboard is stupid (well for me since the keys are too close to each other! >.<)

Oh yeah, some update about me. WEll I haven't been doing anything these past few days. I was just...slacking off really, waiting for a good thing to happen. I'll probably start my self review on May, I still have one month to go. Anyway.

I also watched a lot of anime. Well, not really a lot but...okay fine, just one, but one really good anime, that's for sure. Anyway, it's entitled Air Gear. It's a really cool anime about rollerblades that make you climb walls. XD. I was quite disappointed in the end since it was a total cliffhanger but I really liked it. If the manga finishes early, I'll probably download it. Lol. I'm a download freak I know.

Hmm, what else? Can't think of anything right now. I'm so excited to start downloading some new mangas >.< I wonder what time will my brother finish...*sigh*.

Memories

I just want to share this to those who are reading my blog. Anyway, a while ago, I was watching our home movies...you know, from Christmas to birthday celebrations, to grand reunions and birthday surprises, well I was just...I dunno, moved? touched? I don't know how to describe it so let's just say that I was moved by the surprise we made for my aunt on her 50th birthday.

So, there was this paper wherein she wrote the 50 most memorable things that happened in her life. I really smiled since she was able to remember those little things that everyone did for her. Well, That's it. hahaha. It just feels so good reminiscing about the past events. You know, watching home movies and all. It kind of makes you laugh and cry at the same time. You see, you would never think that you were actually doing those things when you were younger. Now I appreciate it when my aunt would tell me,

"WAg na kayong mahiya, at least 10 years, 20 years from now may mapapanood kayong video kung ano yung mga kalokohan niyo nung mga bata pa kayo."

And I really appreciate the fact that she's taking the videos for everyone of us. She's actually the one who always records every milestone that we go through. She's there in our graduation parties, birthday parties, debut, everything and she's always taking videos of it. Haha, I'm just being sentimental. lolz. Anyway.

Tomorrow's the last day of our exams. I can't believe in months I would actually become a 4th year student. I would be taking exams for college, doing college applications and stuff...I'm quite nervous about it but of course, it's something I gotta face. Lol. Anyway. luck for me!

P.S.

Starting today, I would write down the memories that are very precious to me so that when I grow older, I would have something to read especially when I can't remember stuff anymore. =)

Okay so I was going through some stuff, you know, the kind of thing you do when you're really bored, well anyway. I was finally able to upload some picture from our camera and I found this picture wherein I placed my stuff toys in one place and took a picture of it. It's kind of cute really. The first day of our examination is finally over. English and CCF were so hard. Filipino was also hard but what's odd is that, I'm not bummed about it unlike in Eng and CCF.

Anyway, we were given this form for the PICS, it's sort of a review for the college entrance exams and shizz. WEll my mom said that I could just study on my own for that one. well, I hope that she's right about it. I would of course have to study hard for it so that I could at least pass in one college.

Well, I don't have much to write. I have to rest now so I could study later. Lol.

Final exam blues

Okay, class is almost over. The last three days of torture is about to begin. I'm quite, no let me change that, absolutely nervous about the exams since they say that the exams are really hard. I'm really frustrated just thinking about math. I just hope that I don't fail or have another line of 7. I would really cry if that happens.

I'm pissed by the fact that I'm having a hard time making a harry potter fic. I feel like my grammar is slowly degrading. I'm really frustrated by the fact that the stories that I come up with are not enough. I mean, it really doesn't satisfy me. I want something...different. Something that has never been tried before.

Okay, so it's not really a permanent goodbye to my "fantasy" world of writing but...I think I really need this break. I would still write some stories but sure enough, I would just keep it to myself or rather, I would just post it in my bravehost account (if it's a filipino story). I thought real hard about it. I had many doubts about it and I would surely miss a lot of people from Creative Corner, but I guess...I really have to say goodbye. I don't even know if I could continue reading the stories of my favorite writers. I would probably visit once in a while but I'm not sure if I would be able to read their stories. The only thing I could probably do is ask for a copy and read it. I just hope they understand. I don't want to have a point in my life wherein I think of writing as a distraction for my studies. I love writing, I really do, but I need to sort out my priorities right and putting my studies on top would do good for me. I'm really gonna miss CC since most of my stories are there already. It's like, I've shared so many things there, learned so many lessons and met a lot of good friends. ='( It's sad but I have to...

Guys gusto ko lang malaman niyo na I really had fun writing and reading stories sa CC. Saying goodbye to a place where I found good friends and companions would probably be the hardest goodbye that I have to do. I'm not saying naman na I wouldn't be able to visit, pero limited lang talaga yung time kung ganoon man ang mangyayari. Ayoko talagang umalis pa ng CC kasi I really love it there. I also wanna say sorry dun sa mga naghihintay ng Wonderwall, I have to discontinue it na talaga. Siguro I would continue writing it pero I won't post it. Di bale, kung matapos ko man yun, I'll tell you guys so if ever na you want copies, I would be glad to send some. I also want to say sorry kina Ate Ket, Anicia, Ate Bea, Ate Bianca, Ate Pau, Ana, Ate Nia, and sa lahat ng writers na hindi ko natuloy ang pagbabasa...sorry talaga kung hindi na ako nakasupport sa stories ninyo. I really have to concentrate on studying, ika nga, "nerd mode" ako ngayon kasi I don't want to fail. I hope na sana, maging successful yung mga stories ninyo at dumami pa ang readers niyo.

For other writers na nakilala ko sa CC, good luck sa pagsusulat ninyo. You all have the talent, you all have the creative minds, don't be down kapag nauubusan kayo ng readers. Just think that you're writing not because you want to be praised or have many readers, you're writing because you love to, because it's your passion. Wag kayong madown sa kapag bumawas ang readers niyo, hindi nun nababawasan yung galing niyo sa pagsusulat, just believe in yourselves cause you all are talented. Sana makagawa kayo ng maaraming stories and sana maenjoy niyo ang paggawa nito.

Maraming salamat talaga sa inyong lahat. I enjoyed my stay there at sana, kahit paano, may napasaya rin ako sa pagstay ko dun dahil ako, napasaya niyo ako ng sobra sobra. I love CC! I'll miss it so much. :'(

Today was very eventful. It's my friend's birthday. We gave here this balloon wherein our group of friends wrote things that are connected to her, like her usual expressions or stuff. We didn't discuss much in our first subject. Our teacher was late, actually, she was not required to go as early as 7, her time was actually 9 a.m. but she has to come early because she handles us. Anyway, we just shared news about the gang who kidnaps children and takes their internal organs. Man, that was really creepy.

Anyway, music time was fun. We just played the guitar for an hour. My classmate taught me the introduction of "Blue and Yellow" and it's really cool. Chem, we just had an experiment with the balloons. We just continued watching a movie in our ZL2 class and also in English. Math was the hardest part. We had this quiz wherein we have to prove 11 trigonometric identities. The saddest part is that I only got 3 items. Can you believe it? 3 out of 11?! And here I though I was actually getting better in math now that our topic is Trigonometry.

Anyway, in our T.L.E., the final group presented their feasibility study. It was okay, the room was heated with all the arguements and stuff.

I finally took all the things in my locker. Next week would be our final exams and I have to study really hard for it. Tomorrow would be the last "free day" for me. I would really do my best since I don't wanna leave my section next year.

Anyway, I have stuff to do, stuff to fix rather, and it's going to take me a really long time. So...later.

A Promise

We finally finished the movie Becoming Jane a while ago. It was really cool. I'm a little disappointed that Mr. Tumnus and Anne Hathaway didn't marry in the end but it's okay. It was already sweet that Mr. Tumnus named his dauther after Anne. I can't stop squealing when I recall their "love story" lol.

Anyway, we watched another movie, The Hours, after we finished it. It's about the author Virginia Woolf and her...ermm...odd life. The movie is about 3 women of different time. The first one was Virginia Woolf, she's nut case #1, then there's Julian Moore (forgot her character name), and she's nut case #2, and lastly, there's Meryl Streep, probably the only sane woman in the movie. Well, one common thing the three shared is that, they're all lesbians. Anyway, I don't wanna elaborate on it since I'm having a head ache right now. Just search it in google or something.

Nothing very exciting happened after that. We just had our "defense" in Chem (about our investigatory project). It went well, I guess. So...yeah, whatever.

Crazy for you =)

Okay, I've been really busy these past few days doing school stuff. I'm really worried about not being in my section next year cause I'm on the bottom part of our class standings. WEll, not really bottom part but it's kind of low for me. Imagine, top 27 T__T.

Nothing much happened today. It was normal for me actually. We had the fire drill AGAIN during our lunch time...AGAIN. Rawr. Seriously, it's hard to go to another place and leave your stuff behind. Some people didn't take it seriously, well obviously, no one did.

English time was the best. We continued the movie Becoming Jane and it's like, so cool! I mean, Mr. Tumnus is there! he's really hot in that film and he and Anne HAthaway make a good pair. Seriously, I was shouting for joy in every sweet moment that they had. I can't wait to watch again tomorrow. We're in the part where they're about to elope. Harhar.

Anyway, a while ago my mom was showing us this video about the Bb. Pilipinas who won the pageant. What's so special about it? Well, this "beauty queen" had wrong grammar, sad to say. While I was watching it I was kind of embarrassed for us Filipinos since we are known to have good grammar. Too bad.

Fairytales are for children

I haven't visited creative corner for a long time already. It's not that I don't want to visit it or anything, it's just that..I am really too busy these past few days. I was so busy with the feasibility study and defense, studying our work and all. It's a good thing that the defense is already over. I'm quite happy that one of my burdens is relieved already. Though, I'm not quite satisfied with our grade, you see, we only have 85 cause someone gave us a 75-77 grade. It was a good thing that one of our panelists gave us 90+, it didn't pull our grade down. Anyway, past is past.

Even though the defense is over, we still have lots of things to do. We have a written report for A.P. on Monday, I.P. defense on tuesday, peer tutoring on Wednesday, song composition to be passed on Thursday, the map for our class that is due on Friday. Wow, what a week eh? And it's not only that, after that week would be our quarterly exams. Dang, I really can't wait for summer.

But of course, there's a catch, since I'm a third year student already and I'm preparing for my college entrance exams, we have a review on May. It's kind of a batch thing wherein the teachers would be refreshing us with the past lessons from first year. I think U.P. would have their entrance exams as early as June? I'm not sure.

What a summer right?

It's really tiring but I have to do my best. I don't want to leave my section next year. I'm comfortable with my classmates already and I like the people there( though we may have lots of misunderstandings, petty fights everyday), I think I would have a really hard time coping up with the other section since I have been in one section for the past 3 years. No offense to the people outside our class but...I really don't want to leave. :'(

The pressure is really killing me. I hardly have any time left to write. I hate to say it but I have to quit writing for now. I'm going to have to discontinue my story in CC since I really have no time for it, even in summer. I really hate it when I have to stop writing, it feels like I'm disappointing someone. >.< But I can't really do anything about it. It's a must for me since I really want to have higher grades. Oh well, that's the pain of being in class A.

Happy Birthday..err belated.

Haha, it was my birthday yesterday. It's was okay actually. nothing much happened. I didn't have a big party or something, I'm planning on saving the money for our big birthday bash(with my barkada of course) when school ends.

Our defense was postponed. We are going to have it on tuesday. It was good since we think that our presentation was still incomplete. I mean, the powerpoint was a complete mess, it lacks a lot of information. Second, the panelists' copy didn't have page numbers so it would be really hard for them when they ask us questions. We were able to watch the first group's defense and we saw how hard it was. The 1st group told us that we should really fix our paper since we could get our weak points there. We're really lucky that we weren't able to present it today. Thank God.

Anyway, I have to finish this presentation. Later.
